All sales are final. Because our products are produced on demand, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.
However, we want to ensure your items arrive in the best possible condition. We will gladly replace any item that is defective or damaged during transit.
How to Report a Damaged Item
If your product arrives damaged, please contact our fulfillment partner, FII, to arrange for a replacement:

Shipping, Replacement and Refund Policy
This Shipping, Replacement, Cancellation and Refund Policy is provided, as part of your purchase of products from Sefaria website (the “Products”), available at store.sefaria.org (the “Website”) operated by Sefaria Inc., a nonprofit organization (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). All provisions detailed here are subject to our Website’s Terms of Service, available here. This policy does not derogate from any consumer right available to you in accordance with the consumer protection law applicable to you.
Shipments
We ship orders to the US and Canada only.
The shipment is in accordance with the selected Shipping method on the checkout page.
If the shipping company cannot deliver the shipment to the destination for any reason, we will notify the customer and work to find an alternative solution that is acceptable to both parties.
We are not responsible for delays in the delivery of the Products resulting from events that are not within our control, delays, strikes, malfunctions in the computer system or telephone systems that disrupt the purchase process, malfunctions in the email service, or reasons of force majeure.
Replacements & Refunds
The Company makes efforts to provide you with quality Products. If you believe that the Products you ordered through the Website are not satisfactory, please contact our customer service at support@fiimarketing.com or through any other means of customer support communication as detailed on the Website within 30 days of receiving the Product. We will handle your request as soon as practicable. Without prejudice to the provisions of any law, in the event that you ordered defective Products, your sole rights are to replace them or receive a refund following their return within 30 days of receiving the Product.
In order to replace your Product, you may send us a request by email to: support@fiimarketing.com or by registered mail to FII Marketing, 1 Weingeroff Blvd, Cranston, RI 02910, indicating the details of your order, a copy of the original invoice of the purchase from the Website, and your statement explaining the request to replace the Product. We will then contact you with specific instructions on the next steps.
If we approve your request, you will be requested to ship the defective Product to us in its original packaging with all original items accompanying it, and a copy of the invoice slip. We will hand over a replacement Product for shipment back to you as quickly as possible, normally within a few business days of receiving the defective Product.
Pack the Product carefully to prevent damage in transit (e.g. wrapped in bubble wrap).
Ensure that the package is adequately insured and if possible obtain a tracking number. We are not responsible for any damaged items or lost parcels while in transit to us.
You must indicate "returning Product to manufacturer for replace & return only. Value for customs purposes only. No commercial value." You are responsible for all duties, taxes, freight or other fees associated with shipping your Product to us. Failure to do so may result in refusal of the package.
We may not replace the Product in any of the following cases:
The Product was not purchased through the Service (as proven by invoice or other proof of purchase);
Damage to the defective Product (such as physical damage) caused by accident, abuse or misuse;
Product that has been dismantled, tampered with, repaired or modified.
THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION ARE THE COMPANY’S EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES TO YOU WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER PRODUCT-RELATED WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY THE COMPANY, ITS EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES. Refund to your payment method following the return of a Product
We will process your return, and refund the amounts you are entitled to, only after the returned Products are received by us in their original packaging and after we have verified that the Products were not used or damaged by you.
